Wednesday 24 April 2013

It seems that spring has, as they say, finally sprung. Despite forecasts of a chillier weekend, let's hope the warmth returns to stay and that we all feel more encouraged to go out and capture the glories of the awakening season.

So what's been happening in the world of photography in the past week? Well, in terms of kit Fujifilm has debuted an XF telelephoto for its X-series CSCs and Sigma has confirmed plans to launch an 18-35MM f/1.8 DSLR lens.

Today is your last chance to win tickets to a Sony Photography masterclass at Somerset House. If you're around on the 26th - 28th April, enter for a chance to hear Richard Sibley of AP, and Nigel Atherton of WDC share their knowledge of photography with you.

On our website right now, you can also win a Sony NEX-3N - but hurry as this competition also closes this week!
