To begin with Sigma has 'reinvented' the camera with its new dp Quattro range of compacts, which have had every aspect rethought and redesinged and come with a 39-million-pixel Foveon sensor. Panasonic has announced the Lumix DMC-GH4, which is able to film 4K worth of 'professional' footage and is capable of producing images of a quality good enough for video. Ricoh Imaging is to showcase a new Pentax medium-format DSLR at the CP+ Japanese trade show next week. Finally, Tamron has unveiled two 'all in one' full-frame telephoto zooms - a 16-300mm and a 28-300mm.
